Insolvency Support Services’ director Eileen Maclean chairs the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) Standards, Ethics & Regulatory Liaison Committee (SERL) and is a corresponding member of the Joint Insolvency Committee, responsible for standard setting across the UK’s insolvency profession. Eileen sits on the IPA’s Anti Money Laundering Committee and is a member of the IPA Board. She represented Scotland on R3’s National Council for six years and continues to provide valuable input into government consultations and SIPs as a member of the R3 Scottish Technical Committee.
